1. The external structure of the moving head lamp, the base of lamp cover shell, the inlet and outlet of signal line and power line
There are many types of moving head lamps, including 1200 watts, 550 watts, 230 watts, 200 watts, etc. in recent years, there have been small power beam shaking lamps, which almost replace the 1200 watt head lights used before, but their application principles are the same. Connect the power supply of each moving head lamp and each moving head lamp, and then connect the moving head lamp with the console according to the entrance and exit of the signal line.
2. Power supply problem of moving head lamp
Because there are a lot of electrical equipment in the stage shaking lamp, including various motors, circuit boards, light bulb starting equipment, etc., in the whole TV program production system, the power consumption of stage lighting equipment system is large. The power supply department usually provides power transformer to supply power for the stage lighting equipment system. The three-phase power output of the power supply is 380V, while the power supply used by the moving head lamp is 220 V and 50 Hz. When supplying power to the moving head lamp, you should pay attention to it. Do not connect the 380V phase voltage. Otherwise, the circuit board of the shaking lamp in the bar will be burned, and the whole lamp will be scrapped. If a computer shaker lamp calibrated to 1200W, its power consumption is generally about 2000W. In addition, attention should be paid to the problem of distinguishing the zero line and the ground wire when wiring the power supply. If the power protection ground wire of the shaking lamp is not well connected, it may cause damage to the lamp.
3. Signal line problem of moving head lamp
The moving head lamp is a digital stage lighting equipment, which is connected with each other through signal lines. It executes the instructions provided by the computer shaking lamp console to complete each action, such as color change, light movement, pattern transformation, etc. Therefore, the importance of the signal line can be imagined, if there is a hidden danger in a certain signal line, it will cause the control disorder of the whole system and can not operate normally.
In addition, attention should be paid to the control length of the signal line. In general, the control length of the signal line should not exceed 150m, otherwise, the control signal attenuation is serious and the stage shaking lamp cannot be well controlled. If the signal line is too long, consider increasing the signal amplifier. Therefore, before connecting the signal line, carefully measuring each signal line, and properly adding signal amplifier in the control circuit can often achieve twice the result with half the effort.
